Such pre-conceptions consequently stand in the way of success for even the most capable and talented women in their professional lives…why women in India continue to struggle to prove their worth in what is often described as ‘a man’s world’.
For years, women’s progress has been cast as a struggle for equality. But what if equality isn’t the end point?

Indian women today have crossed a major threshold and entered the realm of converting their dreams into commitments…she exudes umpteen independence and competence and mind you me, don’t stop the raging lioness…
A wo – man, who represents a challenge and a stimulant for the generations to come…she is like the towering figure which moves into the world and yet hungers not to appear onstage, or shout out for recognition, she is unnerved by the rattling of the surreal fools whose tailor cut orders are a part of her job…she lives up to her standards and bows no more…

The woman has discovered her voice at her work place, which had been silenced for centuries, there will be no end to her endeavors because nothing is distant and nothing that is out of reach for her… Women in top management positions are still a rare species. But things are changing and more and more women are heading teams and delivering results.

So, why not open doors that should have been opened a long time ago and this could give women a chance to change the system once they are in positions of power.
Well…Give them the right tools and they will rise to the challenge…
